chipboard book turned into recipe book

How would I cover a chipboard book with scrapbook papers. It has a scalloped round edge. Could I use spray adhesive and fabric, or could I decopage it. I am looking for suggestions to make an awesome small recipe book for family members.Thanks, Carlymom

I think you can use better fabric. Take a look at stretchable book covers. If you want to you can change it whenever you want. (i am sorry for my bad English. I come from Holland ;P)
