Purl stitch. Doh! moment.

I have known how to knit for many years but did not care for it.
I know find myself knitting small items now again (casting on is far to tedious to make larger items) And do you know what? It all looks far neater and just like in the books if you make your purl stitches the correct way!

Yeah for a while I was trying to wrap the yarn the wrong way around and kept wondering why when I did a purl stitch would the yarn wrap around the entire knit thing I was making? I gave up for a while. But then taught myself again when I was older.
