Looking for a tutorial for the Monica Vinader Rio Bracelets?

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know of a tutorial for the below style bracelet I have tried to look in the how to's but I can't find it and I'm not sure whether it has a specific name!

The ends are easy enough as braids capped off at the end. As for the rest of it, it looks like two strands of silver beads that have been wrapped by turquoise cord. It looks almost like a big braid, but I've seen techniques similar to that in friendship bracelet books.

It looks like they just used a braid long enough to wrap around your wrist and then this technique to attach the ball chains. Just do two chains on opposite sides of the braid instead of just the one the tutorial shows. To get the crossing over effect just put the thread OVER the first bead then UNDER the opposite bead, and vice verse. Hope this helps, Good luck!

Hi! Stripes and Sequins recently featured a tutorial for almost exactly the bracelet you wanted Happy

This isn't the exact same design, but it's very similar, and I'm sure you could modify it slightly to make it closer to the original.

wow the one Birgit posted looks exactly like it :O It looks like the only difference is that instead of a third ball chain the original used two and a braided strand
