Stretchy Bead loom Bracelet - any help would be GREAT!!

I am confused with the type of elastic thread I should use for a bead bracelet with using the number 11 chez seed bead?
And then would I pull it taught like using the other normal thread. I use a nymo D,
and then would I use the same thread for the sewing thread.
Or could anybody point me in the right direction
as to where I could find all of this information.
I am so confused ;(

I have made a couple of stretchy bracelets on my bead loom and I used .05 mm to .07 mm size string, pretty much whatever my beads would fit on. You DO NOT stretch the string when making the warp threads and you would then use non stretchy string to add the beads.
You can use any color string, including clear, that you want for the warp or wrapping threads of your choice to coordinate with the color of your beads. Hope this helps, but if you need a visual you can try looking on youtube for instructions.
