Jewellery sign?

As some of you may have seen, I put up a Dresden Dolls rosary creation. I'm going to be selling them online but I have to change them to be about Amanda Palmer. I'm going to change the image in the frame to one of Amanda, but I want to put something in the middle - and what I'd really like is some kind of sign saying "I Killed Amanda Palmer", but I don't know how to go about doing it.

I thought about putting it on clock faces, but I only have three and it's proving hard to get more, and the one I make now has to be suitable for replicating however many times someone wants one.

Does anyone have another idea?
