Cubicle Decor Ideas

I'm a web developer and I spend 40 hours a week in a boring grey cubicle. Any ideas on how I can decorate to make it less depressing? Links/photos appreciated!!

Fairy lights always work wonders, would they be allowed? Or you could add a bit of colour for free with paint sample boards!
