I have a Wii fit and I'm addicted to yoga and jogging. You could try yoga?

I do taebo sometimes....I can never make it through the entire workout haha!

Ooooh...and...you should try getting on some orthepedic/sports medicine websites to find some work outs....they should have stuff for injured knees and such...that will keep the muscles happy and healthy Happy

if you do do (smirk) sit ups you might find this article useful before hand - http://blog.newsweek.com/blogs/thehumancondition/archive/2009/06/03/stop-doing-sit-ups-why-crunches-don-t-work.aspx

I don't do the...regular situps (not sure what they're called)....when I do sit ups I do reps of different types of sit ups....and between each rep...which is usually 25-50 I stretch my tummy...you lay flat put your arms straight over your head...

I flex my stomach muscles while sitting or standing when I hurt my self so that my muscles wont get use to not working out and flab out on me...but I been walking around my block 3 times a day. Its not much but till my leg is fully healed i dont want to take any chances of hurting it worse.

You could try yoga or pilates. I do pilates myself and it is quite a good workout without overstraining yourself.
