I have to wash and he dries, even though it destroys my hands! I use a washing up liquid made from just vegetable stuff, but I think it's being in the hot water too long. Need rubber gloves.

I love cooking. Like persephone, it's the simmering and the preparation I love, then sitting down to eat a meal I know I made Happy It's a great feeling.

I love vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting. Anything with an instant result.

I love doing laundry, it's very satisfying for some reason. Although I tend to be a little ocd/anal about it and get very attached to my system. Whenever my sister does laundry and messes it up I get very annoyed. >.<

For me it would have to be watering the yard in the evening and watching the sun faded away. Dusting off the furniture and doing battle with dust bunnies. LOL. Also cooking, I like to search out new rrecipes and try them. Then share the recipes with my family and friends.

Like Jessica I like washing the bathroom. I love it when the tub, toilet, and sink get so sparkly white!

I don't mind cooking but I LOVE baking! It's not really a chore, unless you are getting close to the holidays and you have a pie quota to fill! But I have to agree with the chopping of the veggies and smelling them sizzling. Yum yum.

The thing I HATE is anything to do outside. I don't cut the grass or take the garbage to the road. At a young age I always made deals with the sibling to take over the "inside" chores to avoid the "outside" chores.

-Here's a chore horror story: I'm terrified of frogs and we have quite a lot of frogs hopping around the neighbourhood and one day (many years ago) when I was cutting the grass I ended up running over a frog and it cut him in half and threw the peices in the air. I screamed and ran! A week later as the sun was setting, when I was taking the garbage to the road I opened our outside garbage box (which is a big wooden box capable of holding 3 garbage bags) I reached in and grabbed a bag and when I pulled it up I noticed there was a large mouse/rat on it!! Again, I screamed and ran!

@ Lo it could have been worse. Once my little brother wouldn't take the trash in our backyard box out to the alley and when he finally did the bag broke and there were maggots that got all over him! Ewwwww. He hasn't made that mistake ever since

I like sweeping and am VERY particular how I do it. I annoy my husband cause he doesn't do it right. I like to sweep the whole floor then vacuum the pile and all along the edges. I hate leftover hair!
I don't mind washing laundry but I HATE folding it. Strange.

I like scrubbing/ washing... walls, benches, floors anything really...
The dirtier the better... once I cleaned the bench thing in the art room at school where the clay stuff is kept, Probably an inch thick of clay covering it, and when I was done, it was clean.
I dont really mind doing any chores, except for the dishes/ cooking.
I've made deals with 2 friends, that if I ever lived with them, I'd clean and they would cook.

I actually don't mind vaccuming and putting on a wash load, I don't mind hanging it out to dry when it's summer, but in the winter I HATE laundry, it's so difficult to get it dry. I don't mind too much washing up either.

I LOVE all sorts of cooking. I enjoy washing dishes when it is just dinner dishes. The warm water is relaxing. When they get backed up or there are tons of pans I tend to get more frustrated with it though.

When i had my own home, I loved it all.I loved keeping it all sparking clean. But now I live with my daughter and her 3 kids and
I refuse to pick up after them, they are almost adults.I tried for 2 years to keep things clean, then i gave up, I dont do any house work now, but they do..lol..lol..when I quit she made list for them.I do my laundry and bathroom and I do some household laundry.I hate for people to mess up what I clean.I do get ocd really bad so my daughter is kinda happy im not doing it any more. They work harder to keep it clean because they have to do the cleaning now.

I have a little dog, so after every big snowfall in winter I have to run around in the back yard and make trails for him Happy It's kind of a chore because it's necessary; if I don't do it he has to pee on the steps, haha.

I'm absolutely addicted to tidying up and throwing out things I don't want anymore. It's like I'm constantly in a spring cleaning mood
