Working with Acrylic!!

I'd LOVE to give this a go, but I have no idea where to start, or what to buy. Has any one got any tips or links to point me in the right direction please.

do you mean for your finger nails they have kits at the store comes with every thing you need just make sure you dont have any open cuts like if you pulled a hangnail because it will burn

If you mean paint I'd recommend that you buy cheap paint to start with so that you don't use the expensive stuff while you practice although expensive stuff will always give the best results. Mix the paint up even if you're using the colour straight out of the tube, just push it around with a brush on a pallet because it will make it go on better and dry nicer or something. Add a small amount of a dark colour to a light colour when mixing colours it will just take ages and waste paint. All you need is the primary colours, a black and a white because you can just mix your own shades they usually sell those colours in sets. Buy good brushes and wash them properly after use.

I bet you didn't even mean acrylic paint!

Roma that sounds ace too, but I doubt I could do that. Thats the sort of thing I want to make though. I should have done a little research first sorry to confuse everyone
