craft space

I don't really have a craft space, because I have to share my room with my sis'.. so I was just wondering where I could do my craft work daily without going to random places to do my crafts. Any ideas? what could be the perfect space??
P.S I get SO Happy when i see others' rich and perfect craft space.

you can try and use boxes to organize your supplies and depending on your crafts you can take a big cutting mat or a thin piece of wood and place it where you want to work (bed. floor, desk) so it can be portable

I'm a big fan of those clear plastic drawers- you can get them in loads of places I think. Or plastic boxes you can slide under the bed if your low on space.

Plastic drawers and boxes are excellent. I have never liked anything other than the clear plastic organizers. I have found that simple setups are the best.

Recycled boxes...I have so many boxes within boxes within boxes....all of them are old salad boxes and Amazon boxes...and mooncake box tins for my finished clay charms. If you're working with clay you could also get a tile or cutting board to work on so it's pretty easy to transport.

I used an old crate when I first started to crochet to store my yarn and shoe boxes to store my other craft materials. Now I use 6 sterilite drawer carts I collected last year. Syeyon you could also try using one of those plastic laundry baskets to store your stuff in and put a poster board on top to create a flat surface to work on.

Baskets and crates are awesome, I prefer milk crates because you can turn them sideways and stack them which makes them pretty sturdy shelves. I would say something like that, or two of the clear roll-y storage drawers, If you have two you can lay a piece of wood between them and you have an instant craft table, when you're done just roll them together and place your surface behind them...

all the organizing tips sound great. you can also get cheaper, portable cutting/gluing lap boards that wil have measuring units and small holders on them so if you do need to move or work onyour bed, it'll be easier. or you can make one with some wood, glue and containers, then taping down paper measuring tapes.
