Is there a way to prevent beads from bleeding? I have some red stone beads, and I'm thinking they were dyed that way as the beads next to them are starting to turn red. D: Was I supposed to wash/seal the beads before using them? Or is this just a problem with mixing materials? The other beads were wood and nut, which in hindsight was kind of like dipping sponges into a paint bucket, but I really like the way they look together.

you could also use mod podge or acrylic sealer.
