Would anyone like to help me add to my foreign coin collection
Wow...you have some Russian rubles, I'm jealous! I have some old coins pre-Euro from when we were stationed in Germany (German, French, England, Korea, etc) that I might can scare up for you if you'd like. I'll see where my baggie got hidden.
That is so cool you have a coin collection! I keep getting Canadian pennies instead of American ones and it has made me think about trading cheap coins with my swap partners. I haven't tried yet but it would be so cool to get some really awesome ones like the DaVinci one. well, good luck!!! you should post some pics of your coin collection and as it gets bigger!
I collect coins to make cool jewelry form. I just bought a cool bag from Fire Mountain Gems really really cheap... and there were some crazy cool ones n there... they have been circulated...
I also collect coins! I have some pretty rare ones. If you want, we could swap some coins that we have more than one of! =]
Uh oh, I can see it now...is there a coin swap in our future? lol
Haha I collect coins too I have a few boxes full of them I love subway and bus tokens also <3
That would be soo cool if we had a coin swap!
I'd love a coin swap!
Sooo I was just digging through my coin collection to see what I had, And wow I have a lot more than I thought, lol. Also my hands are all dirty now ^_^ We should all post pictures of our collections, or just your favorites if you have a ton <3
lol I don't really have a collection, just what was left over from when we were stationed overseas. The banks won't exchange foreign coins to US currency and only accepted them in rolls in exchange for bills, so we had bits and pieces left over from traveling. That's why I don't have much but what I do have, I tend to have several of...case in point: I found 6 or 7 rolls of German 50 pfennig pieces that we forgot to exchange before we left lol
This is the coin I am desperately trying to get at the moment:
It's from Morocco
wow, rawr rawr, that coin in amazing!! wonder what it's made from? Don't think i've seen a black coin before!
For all you coin collectors, here is an AMAZING site I found!
The last 2 coins on the top row are a Euro-coins made in Italy.
Ervery country that pays with the Euro puts there own mark on the back. While the fronts are the same. In the Netherlands we have boring ones with the Queen one every coin.
