P!nk Pants of the video "So What"

I'm sure everyone have seen p!nk's new video So What (she's awsome!)
She wares a pants (hope I say it right) with red and black blocks on it (when she's on the bike destroing the car of a married couple) I can't find a shop I can buy that one.. so I thought.. maybe someone here knows how to make one! so I can get an Idea to try it myself.... (I'm not really handy making clothes and make a patern?)
So if someone is bored.. they can start a new projectTongue

fold a pair of existing pants in half trace and theirs the pants pattern
i just saw the vid on you tube and they dont actually look like patch work pants it looks like little lips all over
but if you want to try it i would get a reg pair of pants that you already have kut pout sqaures wherever you want them and do some reverse applique
