Steampunk Help^-^

Ellos Everyone,

I'm making a "Steampunk Princess" costume for the Texas Rennisance Festival next year in Plantersville and I need help on what should be included in my enssemble. I have an idea for a choker, necklace, and earrings that I need to get on the ball now as well as the shoes. I mostly need help on the outfit itself and the extra accessories so if anyone has really good how~to's I'd greatly appreciate it.

Steampunk is pretty much a sub-genre of science fiction, fantasy, alternate history, and speculative fiction that started during the 1980s and early 1990s and it's like an alternative history-style presentation of technology usch as lighter-than-air airships, analog computers, or digital mechanical computers as Charles Babbage and Ada Lovelace's Analytical engine.

Well, what type of steampunk are you going as, Tinkerer, Air Pirate, Clockwork.... thing, Waif? I'm going through a MAJOR steampunk phase right now, so I have tons of ideas.

Short Sleeved off white button up(Worn under Corset) That has small buttons that go up to the neck.

Pin up your hair, and make a nice clip or fastener cap thing. (Don't do that lame small top hat thing, that's gotten too mainstream)
High socks with garters that coordinate with colors, and incorperate a small holster for a small knife or gun.
Goggles?

i would spray a nerf gun steam punk colours and wear a tapue skirt or pants with a cream long sleeved shirt a choker and some leather boots and a cute top hat
