Super Huge Sweatshirt

I won a sweatshirt with my school logo on it. The problem is, it's a 2X and it's way too big for me. Any ideas for how I can make it fit better?

You could place a shirt that fits you on top of it and crop it down to size using that as your pattern.

I've had a lot of fun making sweatshirts into skirts in the past.
