how do u make this shirt

Hi. It's a basic wide shouldered vest top underneath. The over top is a T shirt with an inverted V cut into it at the front. The side seams are about bottom of ribs level.
You may need to take the outer T shirt in down the sides if too baggy.
Make sure the T shirt fabrics are simular weight as if they are different it may cause distortion in the design.
The back would be straight across like a shrug.
You could make the outer top and stitch it to the vest down the side seams and at the shoulders so they stay together. Stitch through from the outside so it catches both seams. It's easier than trying to work from the inside Happy
