Hi mika Happy

If you don't have a lot of time, it might be easier to put together some of your outfit from premade (i.e. shop-bought) stuff. You can get white shirts pretty easily/cheaply from anywhere, and H&M is good for blazers if there's a store near you.

The skirt you'd probably have to make yourself, I'll put a link to a tutorial on this site for a circle skirt which I've seen at the bottom - it's for a knee-length skirt made out of a sheet, but you could easily make it using other fabric and alter the length to make it shorter. Also, both the drawing and the actual costume look like there's some kind of petticoat underneath the skirt to make it poof out. I'll be putting up a tutorial on how to make a simple net petticoat fairly soon (if it actually works when I make it!) so you could use that.

To get a pattern for the tie you could find/buy a cheap one, pick the seams open and use it as a template. The legwarmers should also be relatively simple to make - imagine the shape of the bottom of a pair of flared jeans, that's pretty much the shape you'd need pattern-wise. The top of them could be secured with elastic (as long as you don't make it too tight), or you could make the legwarmers in flat pieces and fasten them at the back with velcro or press studs.

If you need any more help give me a shout - helping with costumes makes me happy Happy

Hi Tongue I love shugo chara too XD Like Louise Louisa said, you might want to buy some parts considering your time frame. I would definitely recommend buying the belt and some straps for the top of the leg warmers. And for the wig (if you get one) You can style it yourself, but be sure underneath the wig to have your hair tied up and laid flat as much as possible. Under my wig I had cut a pair of old stockings and used the top on my head, it worked out very nicely. The tie is just a basic red one you could buy along with the shoes, bot sure which stores you have in your area, but I'd get those at Dillards. I hope this helps you! Happy
