jersey project...help!

I can sew woven fabrics quite easily but I don't really have much experience with jersey. I have this idea for making a dress by sewing together strips of old t-shirts. Is this possible or am I living in a dream world? Any advice would be wonderful. Thanks!

that's very possible. just be careful that you don't pull through the sewing machine or it will bunch. Jersey is very stretchy. Check out the book "Generation T"
