Sandwich/bread fillings

I usualy bi-pass lunchtimes as I just don't know what to eat and can't be bothered making a cooked meal so I want you guys to help me come up with things to fill a sandwich, torilla, pita pocket, foccacia, whatever really!
Don't worry if you repeat the same ingredient, eg- ham and cheese, tomato and cheese

In the end when I've compiled as many as possible I'm going to write them all down, cut them up and put them in a box and then each morning when I make lunch I can just pull one out of the box, well maybe I should have a session each week doing it so i can buy the ingredients in advance.

All help appreciated!

I had one the other day that was good! Avacado, bean sprouts, dijion mustard, and all wrapped in a wheat tortilla.

And I'm not sure this is a sandwhich but it's easy, you can take a glass, make a hole in a thick piece of bread, and fry and egg in the piece. My family calls them toad in the holes. Very, very tasty. Mostly a breakfast food, but since I don't eat breakfast, I make 'em for lunch now.

I also like ramen or pasta with other things added. Not in a sandwhich of course, but it's an easy, tasty meal too!

My favourite thing ever in a wrap is cos lettuce, cucumber, tomato, halloumi cheese and lemon mayonnaise. It just tastes sooooo wonderful. But I like houmous in sandwiches (although that gets boring). Can't really reccomend much else, I avoid sandwiches and awful I'm vegetarian so I'm limited!

Im a vegetarian, so here are some vegetarian choices:
peanut butter and just about anything
(I especially love melting one part peanut butter and two parts marshmallows in the microwave, till the marshmallows get super fluffy, and then mixing and spreading on bread, or just eating alone :] its super yummy :])
nutella is good as well
hm you could make a caesar salad and put it in a wrap, I do that a lot.
cheers :]

I love having falafel wraps with lettuce and mayonnaise, but today I was out of lettuce so I just had falafel, houmous and mayonnaise. It was sooo good though
