Semisweet chocolates

As much as I like milk chocolate, I have taken a liking to semisweet chocolate.

I'm thinking about making chocolate candies with semisweet chocolate instead of dark or milk chocolate and was wondering if anyone has any favorites they'd like to share.
I plan on making peanut and caramel clusters coated in semisweet chocolate but don't have many other ideas.

Any recipes or tips?

Hm, I'll have to get some caramels and strawberries! Not a fan of dark chocolate nor M&Ms, but I do love caramel! Maybe make banana and strawberry kebabs with chocolate drizzle Happy

I make pumpkin and semi sweetchoc muffins at the request of the waterpolo coach.Have to saying they are really good especially warm on a cold fall mornings outdoors poolside.

That sounds delicious, Debs. And it is the season for pumpkin-flavored everything Tongue
I like to use pumpkin solids in place of eggs in baking recipes, so I'll have to try that out. I have a Korean-Canadian friend who's a chef, so I'll ask him for a good recipe. Happy
