Garlic?

I love to mix garlic into my Mac n Cheese, and of course I love it on pizza and when I make garlic bread.
What else is garlic good in or on? I'm kind of bored with the old song and dance.

You can make roasted garlic or an extra garlicky walnut pesto for sandwiches and pasta.

I made this a while ago and I liked it very much. The flavor of the garlic was changed by the heat and very soft.

I love garlic with fried left over spaghetti noodles. Just fry cooked noodles in a little butter to the crunchiness you prefer then add a little minced garlic at the end (or cheat and use garlic powder) to taste. Yummm.. (though not 'date food')

Smiles!
