how to make my own large chocolate mold?

I am wondering how to make my own large chocolate mold? I have a picture of what I want and it is basically a diamond with a 8 in the middle I want to use white chocolate for the middle and milk chocolate for the center of the diamons and white choclate for the outline of the diamond....any help is greatly appericated!

If you have the shape you want sculpted already, you can get food-safe putties to make a mold from it.
