Uses For Egg Yolks

I have recipe that uses 4 eggwhites and 2 egg yolks. So I always have two egg yolks left over afterwards and I just hate wasting them but im not sure what to use them for. I just wanted to know if anyone had any ideas for recipes I could use them in.
ThanksHappy

*Scramble them and eat them on toast while you're waiting for the other recipe to cook/set
*Make mayonnaise
*Make a conditioning treatment for your hair - just remember to rinse with cool water or else it'll scramble on your head Happy

use them in cookies instead of whole eggs, it makes them so much yummier!
you can also add them to mashed potato with a bit of milk/butter for extra protein...
if you beat them and dip bread into them and fry them with some nutmeg, salt and pepper, it makes amazing eggy bread
and i guess you could use them in brioche...
Enjoy Happy
