Ideas for Chicken Breast

I have some chicken breast in the freezer and I want to try something different with it. I could always make the same ol' lemon pepper or bake it. But, I want to maybe try something exotic from another country (I live in the USA). Any suggestions? I'm pretty open to anything as long as it's not spicy. As my husband puts it, I'm a wimp in that department.

Butter Chicken (Indian recipe)
Tandoori Chicken with chutney and tandoori naan(English-Indian)

Maybe try something Italian if you're not into curry. There are a lot of Italian foods you can make with chicken and they're easy to cook.

Homemade curries are always a winner in my house because my fancee makes it and always makes it ild because he hates spicy food, Also try stuffing the chicken with cheese and wrapping in bacon then cooking, thats a really nice one.

It's summer and peaches are way cheap.So thaw chicken marinate in over ripe peaches and pan fry.Serve with salad and chopped peaches.Fruity summer food.

Chicken Salton Boca.
It's chicken breast that is stuffed with thinly sliced black forest ham, provalone cheese, and diced tomatoes. Then you dip it in an egg wash, and roll it in bread crumbs. And then you bake it.
