Stretch Marks

I noticed recently some rather large stretch marks on my breasts. I've had them before and have used Vitamin E oil to success but I've been using pure Vitamin E oil nightly and sometimes in the morning as well without much sucess. Anyone have any other great home remedies for stretch marks? I'd like them gone gone gone!

A friend of mine swears by lavender oil for any kind of stretch mark or scar. And I have another who uses warmed olive oil. I can't imagine that that smells too great though=)

I'm using Bio-Oil at the moment but it doesn't seem to be working so might try some lavender oil like Laurel suggested - would smell lush too, the warmed olive oil though... Not so lol.

That Bio-oil is quite expensive too isn't it?

I'll have to check out lavender oil! I love my vitamin E- it's always worked for me in the past- believe it or not the entire side of my face that shows in my picture was burnt off when I was 18 and now you can hardly tell. The wonderful powers of Vitamin E! But I haven't seen any results on the stretch marks even though it's been a couple of weeks. Pretty disappointing.

I used coco butter when I was pregnant. Didn't get a single stretch mark. Actually, I had to have an emergency c-section and even though I was loopy as a bat, I can remember a nurse saying, "She doesn't have any stretch marks? Wow!" lol (used the kind marketed as tummy butter, it's thick and greasy) Smells good though. ;)

So, for prevention...I know it works. I'm not sure about curing them if they're already there, but my grandma swears by it. She also puts hemorrhoid cream on her face, so I'm not sure if maybe she's just nuts...LMAO

Yeah it is pricey but it worked ok with scars, it fades them so they're hardly noticeable but with stretch marks - not so. It's good at firming the skin though. And it smells gorgeous but I'm going to have to check out that lavender oil Happy

Dessah hemorrhoid cream is really good for reducing puffiness around the eyes, it's made for an extremely sensitive area so is ok to put round the eye. Also it's good for reducing forehead lines, like botox in a tube=)

I have never had this exsperience before but I have used coca butter on my scrapes and scars to prevent and heal damaged skin. Vasaline is also good to use to help heal your stretch marks.
Hope this helps!

I have boob stretch marks as well, and I've found a mix of cocoa butter and shea butter works wonders - they aren't completely gone, but they've kinda gone...clear? Like, rather than being red or purply, they're more like if you let PVA glue dry on your skin, kinda shiney, like really old scars get. Which for me is better than purple, cause at least they aren't obvious! I've never tried lavender oil, I find it dries my skin out too much.
If you can get unprocessed shea butter, that is amazing for them - I bought some online when I was making sugar scrubs (I used it as a base), and had a heap left, and I'd just take a small chunk of it and rub it over the marks, its really helped minimise them Happy
