The best parties were the ones were the whole class from school was invited. All the people you see at school, but you don't have time to talk to, are at the party. Suddenly you have time to get to know them better! Love to leare about new people with the same interests you didn't know about!

I had a Harry Potter birthday party when I was 15. We made Butterbeer by putting caramel squares in ginger ale and letting it dissolve. We have a cupboard under our stairs so I made it up to look like Harry's room and put a child-sized doll in it with round glasses and a brown wig. Then we watched all the Harry Potter movies, I think only one friend made it through all of them. But it was definitely one of the best parties I've had.

Best party I ever hosted was my sister's wedding shower. When I was 19 I was my sister's maid of honor so I hosted her shower... I it was a beautiful fall brunch with fresh fruit, loads of breakfast pastries and two kinds of quiche. My boyfriend's mom had amazing pottery barn fall serving dishes and platters that she let me use so it looked as good as it tasted. I had to save a while to pay for all it but it went off without a hitch with yummy food, fun games and gorgeous gifts Happy I think I was a good maid of honor considering...

The best party I've ever been to was a crafting party. It wasn't your typical crafting party, but one where you get to meet fellow crafters within the area. It was great b/c we all crafted with one another, we traded some ideas/tips, and we got to meet some amazing crafters! The thought of having a bunch of strangers come together for the same interest; it was such a wonderful idea! Our city has this get together every winter, and it gives us a chance to make new friends and let our crafting community grow! Craft parties are always the best!

Personally, I think that we always throw amazing parties, everybody always remembers the food we serve. But, I once want to a ragtag surprise party for one of my friends. We completely messed up the surprise. My friend texted us to hide and the text came late, as we were all moving to hide the birthday girl came in and saw us all in the middle of the room. We had a good laugh for a while, ate cake, and played Just Dance. It was pretty amazing.

When I was little, my mum used to throw the best birthday parties for me. There was one year in which she baked a giant cake that looked like a pirate ship and manned it with gummy bears. She even painted eyepatches and stuff on the bears with chocolate. Everybody came dressed up as pirates and my mum had a treasure hunt prepared. Might be pathetic to have a kids party be the best party I ever attended, but it was absolutely brilliant regardless <3

The one party I will never forget was a crafting party I went to way back in elementary school. My friends and I created memory/keepsake boxes out of these old cigar boxes that were lying around. We used mod podge to apply beautiful pieces of scrapbook paper to the outsides of the boxes. Then we decorated them with glass gemstones, scrapbook elements, and photos. Finally, we used old drawer pulls that we painted in fun colors as handles on the top of the box. The party was a total blast, and the boxes were absolutely gorgeous. My box currently resides on a shelf in my room, where I'm keeping it as a time capsule of my young childhood years. It's full of all the special objects and letters that I received back then. I can't help but smile and remember that single party every time I wake up and see that box of memories on my shelf, waiting to be opened next year.

The best party I have ever been to was at my old best friends house. We all wore swim suits but not for the reason you think. You may think we were going for a swim but no we were having a food fight! We were divided into teams and then each team had a table. We stocked up our tables with all sorts of food like pie and whipped cream and much more! That was such a fun and creative night!
