Come behind the scenes at The Gluten Free Greek for a #KitchenTour and see Christiana's kitchen in Essex, England.

I love the window looking out to our garden. It makes me feel relaxed.

Tell us about your kitchen?

Our kitchen is quite small and cosy. It is very busy as it is a family kitchen so there's always people in and out! We usually eat in the kitchen so have a wooden table that we all squeeze around for dinner.

What have you done to make your kitchen cosy, functional, beautiful or inspiring?

Our kitchen is lemon, which makes it very cosy. My mum painted it lemon years ago, and it just gives a warmth to the kitchen. I like old style kitchens, and always wanted a farmhouse style kitchen! We have got plants, recipe books and all sorts of ornaments and greek items all around our kitchen!

How do you keep organized while cooking?

As it is a small kitchen, we have to tidy as we go, otherwise it would be chaos!

Any tips & tricks for organising your pantry, fridge and ingredients?

I have my own cupboard for storing some of my gluten free items, so I can keep track of what I have. I usually organise the items into sections, so all my baking items are in one area, cooking oils and spices in another area, and then all my gluten free bits and bobs in another section.

Do you do a lot of cooking and what are your favourite dishes to make?

We do a lot of cooking in our house. We cook some greek dishes such as pastitsio and moussaka, as well as British dishes like roast dinner on sundays always gluten free of course!

Where do you turn for new recipe ideas?

I usually turn to other gluten free bloggers for recipe ideas. There are so many bloggers out there now with amazing recipes! Plus I have a number of recipe books that I turn to for ideas.

Do you plan out your recipes for the week or do you like to be spontaneous?

We don't usually plan the recipes for a week. Normally, we check what we have in the kitchen already, and see what food we can make.

If you had three wishes, what would you do to make this your dream kitchen?

I would love the kitchen to be more spacious, so definitely a bigger kitchen, with an aga cooker, a walk in pantry and lots of storage space!
