A frothy popcorn inspired cocktail combing Mackmyra Whisky with homemade popcorn vodka, maple syrup and lemon juice.
Whisky Cured Salmon Eggs Royale
Inspired by the Swedish origin of Mackmyra, we've used the whisky to cure salmon and served it with poached eggs and a mustard dill Bernaise sauce for a Scandinavian inspired breakfast.

This New Year's Eve inspired cocktail includes everything a First Footer could need with Mackmyra Whisky, coal, vermouth and bitters for the perfect drink to kick off the new year.
