We are two Norwegian sisters who both love to braid and do hairstyles. We started our Instagram account "aurorabraids" 2 and a half years ago, where we post pictures of hairstyles and braids that we do, almost daily. We also have a YouTube channel "Mia and Linda" where we post in-depth tutorials for some of our hairstyles.

Recreate the style of Mrs Potts Parlour from Beauty & The Beast in #DIYTheRoom with Kakeskaty.
I was inspired by a childhood memory. Every Saturday afternoon my sister and I would watch a Disney film. A favourite of ours was Beauty and the Beast. My room is inspired by how I think mrs Potts parlour would look like after she was turned back from being a teapot of course :). I chose vintage and floral with a slight French feel as the film was set in France. I wanted it to be a cosy, warm looking room.

Plymouth is known as the Ocean City. The best thing about living here are the stunning views. The open sea on one side and the rugged moorland the other. Plymouth caters for most people, with the Barbican and cobbled streets, restaurants, antiques and variety of shops. The city centre and the new Drakes Circus shopping mall for the hardened shoppers. The Royal William Yard, the place to be for for food and meeting people.

I found CO+K many moons ago back in 2008 - it was through a search engine.
What projects are you currently working on?
I have just started to make some mini wreaths ready for Christmas - my friends laugh that its July and Im making for December. But you can never be too early I say!
In between making for Christmas I am upcycling shoes using decopage techniques and loving every minute of it!

Hi there! I'm Taylor Hart. I'm midwest gal at heart just living life and working as a fiber artist in Austin, Texas. I design and create crochet taxidermy wall decor for kids rooms as well as nurseries. I sell around town in local boutiques and online through my etsy shop. I also participate in a lot of local craft shows during the holiday season which is really fun. I also teach workshops on occasion and just recently had my very first book published. In my spare time I love hanging out in our "backyard garden" with my husband Matt and our two dogs Lucy and Sophie.
