Come behind the scenes at Smiling Colors for a #CraftRoomTour and see Smitha's craft studio in Minneapolis.

I love the white! I have purposefully and carefully chosen white items over the years for this space to make it feel larger and brighter. I love color too, so I've added pops of colors everywhere. I have the items I reach for the most out in the open and easily accessible, this helps ensure that I put things back where they belong. I also have a large painting on the wall above my desk, which I created a few years back and it always inspires me when I sit down to create.

Paper Folded Flowers

We chat to Elizabeth, give you a chance to win the book and learn how-to make an orchid arrangement.

Hello, I am a papercrafter living in Suffolk near the sea on the East Coast of England. I enjoy all forms of papercraft, especially paper folding and paper quilling. For the past 15 years I have contributed projects to Crafts Beautiful magazine and I have been lucky enough to have written several papercraft books. I also work part time with adults with physical and learning difficulties - this is very rewarding work and I really like the craft sessions which are always messy and great fun! I try to blog as much as possible to share my work http://elizabethmoad.blogspot.co.uk/

My name is Natsuki Otani, Tokyo born illustrator who worked in England, Portugal, Germany and now Sweden.

My hope is that my illustration can make people happy even if it is for a moment.

I have a style that is best described in colour and realised in detailed design. Bold vibrant colour forms the basis of a working practice that seeks to unite dreams and reality.

Create a purple hues explosion inspired look in #DIYTheRoom with Gail.

I love all things purple and when it comes to decorating, I love using it as an accent... warm and inviting with a touch of excitement! Shades of purple accents really helps to brighten those lonesome neutrals in decorating!

Come behind the scenes at Sugar Bee Crafts for a #CraftRoomTour and see Mandy's craft room in Kansas City.

I LOVE how bright and colorful it is - - in previous homes, my craft space has always been in a dim basement. This room is right off the main living area and has windows.

Recreate the style of Monica's apartment in Friends for #DIYTheRoom with Cassie from Cassiefairy.

Monica’s apartment from the TV show Friends must be one of the most recognisable rooms of the 90s – I feel as if I know it as well as I know my own home! Monica’s style is quite ‘granny chic’, with a few playful colours thrown into the mix. She inherited the apartment from her grandma so some of those traditional pieces of furniture remain in the apartment, but Monica has upcycled the chairs and given the kitchen a lick of paint to put her stamp on the place. As a chef, she needs plenty of kitchenwares (and space to store them), as well as lots of coffee cups for entertaining her friends, of course. I’ve included one of Monica’s favourite tutorials in this list – scented furniture polish – to make her apartment sparkle, and to get rid of the whiff of smelly cat!

The best thing about living in Swindon is the wide range of shops, entertainment venues and outdoor spaces.

Come behind the scenes at The Magnificent Thread for a #CraftRoomTour and see Shauni's sewing space in Leeds.

It's the biggest sewing space I've ever had! I've been gradually increasing the size of space I dedicate to sewing with each flat move (I rent so move house quite often) and coincidentally, my fabric stash has rapidly grown to match...

Recreate the look of Major from Ghost in the Shell in #DIYTheLook with Emma.

I love this look as it is a cool futuristic look with a Japanese Manga edge.
