Fried Halloumi With Chickpea And Lime Couscous by Jane
I tried the oil as part of a craft test here on Cut Out and Keep. I loved the elegant, stylish bottle and the prettily displayed herbs and spices. The choice of flavourings makes it perfect for sunny, summery recipes.
Bbq Sticky Steak by Kylie
I recieved some products from The Bay Tree and loved the Smokey chipotle BBQ sauce that was sent to me. It says on the bottle that you can use it as a marinade or just as a normal sauce for burgers and sausages, i had peviously tried it in pasta but couldnt taste it. I tried to marinade it and had to add a bit extra so you could taste it but tastes Lush!!! Love the smokey and slightly spicey taste to it and would happily use it as a regular bbq sauce on my bacon butty in the morning.
Chipotle Burgers by Jane
I loved the Chipotle BBQ sauce, the level of smokiness is exactly right to give indoor-cooked food that charcoal grilled flavour, and mixed with mayonnaise it is absolutely wonderful!
Pulled Seitan Burger by Cat
The smokey and sweet combination of The Bay Tree's Smokey Chipotle bbq sauce worked perfectly for recreated the flavours of a North Carolina inspired pulled pork burger. And substituting real pork for seitan makes a burger that everyone can enjoy!
Lemon And Thyme Scones by Jane
I used Lavender Jelly from The Bay Tree company. The scones and butter can be eaten on their own as a snack, or served with cold meats, cheeses or fresh, light summer soups.
Mediterraneal Herb Vinaigrette Salad Dressing by Jane
Not only was the oil versatile, with flavours that work well in many dishes or simply drizzled over salads, but it is beautifully presented and would look great on any kitchen shelf.
