I love that there is so much natural light and that it is right off the family room so I can access it easily.
Recreate the look of Janelle Monae in #DIYTheLook with Jen from Dressing With Class.
I have been a fan of Janelle Monae's music for years, but it's her style that I truly admire. She manages to take menswear to a feminine and glamorous place, and absolutely shines in black and white. Janelle looks chic on and off the red carpet - her hair is always done to perfection, and her makeup exudes a vintage elegance. I have styled a look with two options - heels and a skirt as well as pants and flats (for when it's time to dance!)

The Art of Tatting Jewelry
We chat to Lyn, give you a chance to win the book and learn how-to make a five petal flower.
Hello Readers. My name is Lyn and I am among many other things a Tatter. I learned to Tat when I was confined to hospital for almost a year. I saw some Tatted lace when an Italian nurse showed a lovely dress she had made for her sisters confimation. She was going on leave for a month and promised to teach me when she returned. A month was too long to wait so with the help of a book I taught myself. It soon became my favourite craft and art form. The versatility of the craft is amazing, also it is so easy to carry with you wherever you go, all you need is a small shuttle and thread. The perfect pocket craft.
We head to Skopje, Macedonia to meet Maya, the crocheting mastermind behind Little Treasures.
How did you find CO+K and why did you join?
I honesetly don't remember. Probably searching the internet for DIY ideas.
What projects are you currently working on?
As I've already mentioned I am finishing my Treasury Box Jewelry collection. And at the same time I am working on a headband that is due to appear in a magazine soon.Read the rest of the interview »

Toulouse, also known as the pink city for its brick walls is a very endearing city. When I arrived, I immediately fall in love with the meanders of its streets, the banks of the Garonne river where the students come to enjoy the first days of spring, or the bicycle path along the Canal du Midi connecting the town to the Mediterranean Sea since the seventeenth century.
Create a vegan friendly Easter party in #DIYTheParty with VeganSprinkles.
As a vegan, Easter can be a tricky holiday to celebrate. It is traditionally associated with eggs, ham, and milk chocolate which doesn't resonate well with people eating plant-based diets. That is no reason to miss out. With a little planning, and these fabulous tutorials, vegans can party along just like everyone else!
