Built in 1889, the famous red windmill of the Moulin Rouge is one of the most iconic sights in Paris and an evening at their cabaret is sure to be one you'll never forget.

It feels as though you've entered a piece of history as you take your seat in the grand hall before the show with marquee lights, plush red decor and lantern lit tables.

Sip on champagne and be entertained as flawless showgirls and boys dance their way around the world with gorgeous costumes and ornate sets with a whirl of feathers, crystals and pearls.

The show is a mix of dance, cabaret, acrobatics and magic with special guests performing throughout the show. We were lucky enough to see Marc Métral with his talking dog Miss Wendy and a gorgeous performance of acrobats spinning in a wheel around the stage.

Home to the Can-Can and an inspiration to cabaret and burlesque around the world, the Moulin Rouge is fun, tongue-in-cheek and historic, making it the perfect Parisian night out.
