Sew a skirt in #ShopShowcase with Sew To Speak in Columbus, Ohio

How did you get started?

We saw a need for modern fabric in Columbus and thought it would be fun to inspire and teach sewing.

Where are you located?

Columbus, Ohio. Specifically Clintonville, but we are moving to Worthington this summer, 2016.

Which products do you specialise in?

We love fabric. The majority of it is modern quilting cottons but we also carry knits, wool, linen, rayon, gauze, Japanese fabrics and anything pretty or stylish. We are adding yarn to our inventory. We also carry pattern, books, notions and JUKI sewing machines and sergers.

Do you have a particular favorite product that you sell?

What's on the stereo?

Pandora stations by Lord Huron, Adele, The Civil Wars, Elton John and Eric Clapton

Where else should we visit in your area?

Wholly Craft, Igloo Letter Press, Yarn It and Jeni's Icecream

Do you host any workshops, classes or special events?

We teach sewing and knitting classes. We have a small classroom space. Our new location will have a bigger event space.

Is there anything else you'd like us to know?

We love our customers and take pride in being of service. We see the empowerment that comes with creating and value crafting at all levels of expertise.

Do you have a favorite craft, art or supply shop in your town that we should feature? Send us a message!
