I've gone with the Elderflower Champagne as its a local tradition to pick the wild elderflowers and make champagne which goes great with Fish & Chips which is a popular favourite Friday treat in Bedford. We have loads of great local fish and chip shops.

Travel Wishlist:

I was born and bought up in Hong Kong and can't wait to go back and visit, where I would get stuck into some dim sum or dumplings. Any Chinese food is great and I'm sure it would taste even better accompanied with some Elderflower champagne.
