Twist: West Winds Lamingtons

Inspired by Australia, these lamingtons are infused with West Winds Gin and coated in chocolate and coconut.

Unique: Gin Apothecary

This cocktail combines West Winds Gin with Chambord, rose liqueur, fresh lemon and soda water for a fruity and floral drink.
