Kelly from Amourtera gives her friend Paige a makeover for this week's #MakeoverMonday.

She is effortlessly put together all the time; no one has urban streetwear down like Paige does. Besides having the most beautiful hair of all time, she knows how to style it to reach maximum potential. From letting it down to the double buns she ties on each side of her head- it's always looking popping.

We chat to Shelley, give you a chance to win the book and learn how-to sew Little Mermaids.

Hi! I'm Shelly and I design and create easy-to-sew doll and toy patterns which I sell under the name of Gingermelon. I feel extremely blessed to have such a wonderful imagination and I really enjoy doing what I do! I live with my hubby of 21 years and our two grown boys in beautiful British Columbia, Canada.

How did you find CO+K and why did you join?

I found a link for a crochet headband and I fell in love with all the other crafty things and people!

What projects are you currently working on?

I am working on a temperature blanket right now. I record that weather for each dat and crochet a row on the blanket with a color that corresponds to that temperature. I'm actually working on two of those; one for this year and one fr my parents anniversary of their first year of marriage.

Shelley from Crazy Wonderful recreates the home of Diane Keaton for this week's #DIYTheRoom

For this DIY the Room, I've based the look off of Diane Keaton's amazing Pacific Palisades home. Her love of high contrast black and white, industrial elements, and conversation starting art cover every square inch of this stunner. It makes my neutral loving heart pitter patter. Her home is fun and cool, just like she is. You can recreate the feel of Diane's home by starting with a neutral base (think white walls), add furnishings with warm worn wood, top them with neutral or black and white textiles, add lighting with an industrial feel, and finish off walls and vignettes with typography and outside the box black and white pieces of art.

Wellington, New Zealand •

I love being able to walk almost anywhere and feeling safe about it. The city feels a bit squeezed between the sea sea and the hills but I like the feeling of cosiness it gives. During summer there are uncountable events outside, from music festivals, to fairs, to movie nights. In the colder weather you have your choice of theatres, movies or bars to go to. If you love the outdoors, good trails are never farther than 15 mins of the town. If you prefer indoors activities, there are game shops for table top games enthusiasts. Choose an activity and chances are there is a place for it close enough.

Come behind the scenes at Tinkered Treasures for a #CraftRoomTour and see Elyse in The Girlie Office in Rhode Island.

(Thanks to Marisa Bettencourt for the photography)

My favorite thing about the Girlie Office is that it is unabashedly girlie. A first-floor bedroom earmarked to be my home office from the start, it's the first room where I experimented with all kinds of DIY decor ideas. Almost everything in the "G.O." has been altered by me in some way and so I feel a bit victorious and energized while I'm in there. It's also got a very comfy couch (our former living room couch) and so it's a wonderful place to read and nap.

Ntina from Happy Girly Crafty creates an everyday modern girl look for #DIYTheLook

It's a selection of what an everyday modern girl who is always on the move would wear. Accesories that compliment a minimal but flirty outfit and have a touch of sparkle and gold! I love a touch of gold on everything, from jewelry to make-up! Also a delicious cup of coffee is always by my side!
