Come behind the scenes at Talons et Bonbons for a #CraftRoomTour and see Elina's craft room in Emilia-Romagna, Italy.

Well I'm a fussy person so there is always something I don't like about this space, and this is the reason why it changes occasionally for what concern the design but, if I have to say something I like about this space, I would opt for the big white desk. It's where my craft tools can be organized neatly.

Tell us about your space

This craft studio is also my bedroom and fortunately it's big enough to have all the things organized. I don't share it with other person and sometimes is also my work space but it depends on my mood.

What have you done to make your space cosy, beautiful or inspiring?

I think everything turn around the desk. The bigger the better. And the white color turns the space to the next level. I think it makes the room cosier and beautiful. Moreover the countless books that surround my shelves make my room more inspiring.

How do you keep organized?

I keep everything organized placing all my craft stuff on my shelves and inside the white box you can see on my desk. I prefer to have everything in plain sight so it's easier for me to find things when I need them.

Any tips & tricks for organising supplies?

As I said before my favorite supplies are boxes so I can easily find what I need in a snap. They help you to make the things organized easily and make your desk/shelf cuter.

Which are your favourite possessions and are there any of your own creations on display?

One of my favorite possession is the tag maker. My life has changed when I first buy it. I'm thinking about collecting all of them not only because they will help me to offer to my client a wide type of tags but also because I think they would make my orange shelf adorable!

How do you organise your inspiration and ideas?

I keep inspiration everywhere, from the web to the streets. When an idea came to my mind I like writing it in my inspirational book. When I say writing I mean drawing, making collage, making scrapbook...just to recreate the mood I saw.

Where do you look for inspiration?

Most of my ideas bear while surfing on Pinterest. I really like images/pictures and it's my first source of inspiration. I can actually say that it helps me with everything concerning the aesthetic

If you had three wishes, what would you do to make it the dream space?

I would break the walls to make all the space bigger. For me space is never enough and growing as craft stylist day by day has helped me to be more realist about one simple thing. I need a studio. Hope to find a new bigger space sooner or later to finally make my dream craft space.
