Cook French toast and pistachio salep in #ABiteToEat with Arsaga's in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

How did you get started?

In November 1992, Cary and Cindy Arsaga opened their first coffee shop in downtown Fayetteville. Arsaga's now has five locations in Fayetteville and is managed by the Arsaga family and friends.

Where are you located?

Church & Center - 200 W Center St
The Depot - 541 W Dickson St
Fayetteville Public Library cafe - 401 W Mountain St
U of A Law Library - 1045 W Maple St
WRMC cafe - 3215 N Northhills Blvd

All in Fayetteville, AR

What are your specialities?

We source and roast coffee and then brew and serve it in our shops! The Depot also is a full-service restaurant serving soups, salads and crepes. Church & Center also serves amazing, bountiful toast.

What's your personal favorite thing on the menu?

My personal favorite thing on our menu is the Toast Called Wanda (house-cured salmon, English cukes and kimchi cream cheese on AppleBlossom bread) & a cappuccino with Ethiopian Natural Aricha espresso. Dee-lish!

What's on the stereo?

We have a six-stacker record player at Church & Center and at the moment we have lined up:
Kate Bush - Hounds of Love
Bronze Float - Meridian
Francoise Hardy - Reissue Series V1
Konono #1
Angelo Spencer - Et Les Hauts Sommets
Randy Newman - Good Old Boys

Where else should we visit in your area?

Hmm. I love Maxine's Taproom, Farmer's Table, Woodstone Pizza and KJ's Korean BBQ & Grill.

Do you host any special events?

We do host art openings, music and other community events at The Depot.

Is there anything else you'd like us to know?

We love Fayetteville and we love our staff. So there's a lotta love happening. Thanks!
