Ocala is a melting pot of different ethnicities: Caucasian, African American, Haitian, Mexican, Puerto Rican, Asian, Vietnamese and probably more. You can get almost any type of cuisiane here. But I would have to say that alligator tail is pretty good, especially if you LOVE chicken like I do.
