We're experimenting with Daffy's Gin, a new small batch premium gin from Edinburgh and mixing up a rosemary gimlet, peppermint mar-tea-ni and a D&T drizzle cake.
Classic: Rosemary Gimlet
This gimlet combines Daffy's Gin with homemade rosemary syrup and lime juice for a sweet, aromatic cocktail.
Twist: D&T Drizzle Cake
Inspired by the flavours of a D&T cocktail, this is no ordinary lemon drizzle cake. Combing lemon, lime and mint with an infusion of Daffy's Gin, this cake will please cocktail and cake lovers alike.
Unique: Peppermint Mar-tea-ni
Inspired by the hints of mint and lemon in Daffy's Gin, this cocktail combines gin with peppermint tea, fresh mint, simple syrup and lemon juice for a fruity and refreshing martini.
