This is a very easy and typical recipe from Portugal. There are many different ways to do this but were I live we have some nice fresh clams so I'm doing the Pork to Alentejo way. If you don't have clams you can do it the same without them, and then you'll call it Pork to Portuguese, it's just like that :)
