Leah recreates the costume of Edward Scissorhands for today's Halloween DIY The Look:
I guess that, everyone who saw the movie, loves Edward character. His style is opposite to his fragile personality. There’s a little bit of everything: gothic, steampunk, rock… Black leather mixed with lot of belts, studs, messy black hair, combat boots and of course scissorhands. All you need is a black moto jacket or corset, leather pants, or as alternative leggings or shorts, belts, boots and do not forget scissor accessories to score the whole look. You can’t leave out his messy hairstyle and the most important – his sad face covered with scars.

Peggals puts together a look for a zombie bride costume for today's Halloween DIY The Look:
Zombies... I love them! From movies like Dance of the Dead, to T.V. shows like The Walking Dead, even books like Alice in Zombieland! I love them all. The thing about them is that it really could happen. Haha, well possibly. They're fun to dress up as, fun to watch, even low budget zombie films are good because you can get a good laugh out of them (if you're into that kind of thing haha). They're the undead, and you don't need brains to be able to act like one! ;) haha. I don't think I could specify one exact thing that makes me like them, I just do.. The best thing about dressing up as a Zombie is that you don't have to pick one exact thing, you could be a zombie cheerleader, business man, a zombie bride or groom, a zombie astronaut, scientist, rockstar, anything under the sun, or moon haha. I just really love zombies. I've got my zombie apocalypse plan.... Have you got yours? :)

Mimi Reaves recreates the costume of the kick-ass Babydoll from Sucker Punch.
I've compiled a few How-To projects that I think illustrate Babydoll's style in a more modern fashion. In the movie, she fantasizes herself in a badass schoolgirl outfit made of denim, so I included mostly denim for the clothes. Her colours tend to be light and sometimes dull, and she only really wears pink and blue. Her accessories are very minimal and her shoes are simple. If she was living in our time, she would probably use lip scrub every day. The main focus seems to be on her eyes, which are accented by winged eyeliner, silver eye shadow, and heavy false lashes. I've topped it all off with a key necklace like the one that helps her escape. Thanks for viewing and have fun! :)

Zoe, aka English Ginger on CO+K, puts together her dream DIY Room:
I always choose neutral pale colours for my main furniture and have unique items that gives the room a pop with bright colours. I love making my rooms have a personal touch like showing off my memories from instagram and decorations with mine and my boyfriends initials on. I'm always busy with university and travel often so it's great to come home to a cosy, fresh looking room
