We're back in Edinburgh this week to visit one of our favorite stops on a sunny day, Meadowberry where we're learning how-to make a delicious Knickerbocker Glory frozen yogurt.

How did you get started?

Meadowberry started two years ago...we opened a very small shop just down the road from where we are now, we served only frozen yogurt at the time but as the shop became busier we realised we needed more space and so we moved further into the heart of Bruntsfield...having grown up in the States we simply missed eating froyo (frozen yogurt) and noticed that, at the time, there weren't any shops selling it and so came the idea for Meadowberry...

Where are you located?

We're located in lovely Bruntsfield across from the Meadows/Links.

What are your specialities?

Our speciality is frozen yogurt but we love yogurt in all forms here...be greek style or natural non-frozen yogurt, we make our very own hard scoop frozen yogurt as well as sorbets.

What's your personal favorite thing on the menu?

Our personal favourite is the knickerbocker glory but our whole wheat pancakes served froyo make a great start to the day as well

What's on the stereo?

An eclectic mix of anything that we're obsessing over at the moment, currently anything from Fleetwood Mac to Daughter to The Cure.

Where else should we visit in your area?

Our next door neighbours Very Vintage for great rustic style furniture and accessories, Moss Green shop/gallery because they always have a great window display as well as amazing pieces of art and jewellery and lastly Salt Cafe for their delicious citrus salad and a glass of wine after work.

Do you host any special events?

No we don't host any events at the moment.

Is there anything else you'd like us to know?
