Sipsmith Independent Spirits

We're experimenting with a bottle of London Dry Gin and Sloe Gin from London's independent distiller Sipsmith in this week's festive Cocktail Hour.

Classic: Gin Sling

Known for being bold and smooth, we we sure the Sipsmith London Dry Gin would taste perfect in a Gin Sling mixed with vermouth, lemon juice, simple syrup and soda water for a refreshing and fruity classic cocktail.

Twist: Sloe Gin Mince Pies

Made from sloe berries picked in the autumn, Sipsmith Sloe Gin tastes just like Christmas and we couldn't resist using it to infuse mincemeat for some indulgent mince pies.

Unique: Sloe Gin Bakewell

This bakewell tart inspired cocktail combines Sipsmith Sloe Gin with amaretto, blackberry liqueur and apple juice for a frothy tall drink that's just as delicious as it's muse.
