My favorite sign has to be Capricorn. I absolutely love Capricorn's symbol of a goat. The goat represents the ability to take on any challenge, not stopping until you finish it. I am a very persevering person who doesn't like to quit, and I'm not satisfied until what I started is finished and the best it can be. The one party I will never forget was a crafting party I went to way back in elementary school. My friends and I created memory/keepsake boxes out of these old cigar boxes that were lying around. We used mod podge to apply beautiful pieces of scrapbook paper to the outsides of the boxes. Then we decorated them with glass gemstones, scrapbook elements, and photos. Finally, we used old drawer pulls that we painted in fun colors as handles on the top of the box. The party was a total blast, and the boxes were absolutely gorgeous. My box currently resides on a shelf in my room, where I'm keeping it as a time capsule of my young childhood years. It's full of all the special objects and letters that I received back then. I can't help but smile and remember that single party every time I wake up and see that box of memories on my shelf, waiting to be opened next year.

My most fearless sewing project ever was a Nyan Cat Plushie for my friend's birthday. It was my first time attempting to sew a plushie. I had all the pieces cut out well beforehand, but on the day before her birthday, I found out that my sewing machine was broken and that I had to sew the entire thing by hand. I worked all day and through part of the night so that I could finish it in time to give her. After more than seven hours of hard work, my back was stiff and my fingers were covered with blisters, but seeing the look on her face when she opened her gift made it all worth it. I use small makeup containers (sometimes called caboodles) meant for holding lipsticks and nail polishes to store small, easy-to-lose things such as paintbrushes, markers, scissors, etc. They have tiny compartments that make keeping these things super organized and easy to access.

Also you don't need to seal the cover, unless ink rubs off after it dries (only an hour or two). Mine have never rubbed off, though. It may depend on the book you use. Books with glossy covers would probably need to be sealed.

You can use watered down acrylic paint, but I prefer marbling ink. In a jam you can even use food coloring.
