The Nuka-Cola is just a glass bottle full of water with a LED light under it. The Nuka-Cola label is just a print out glued to the bottle. There are quite a few different versions on google image search, if you don't feel like putting your own together.
all you have to do is take an envelope that you like and open it up so that it lays flat. I use it as a pattern and lay it on the magazine (with the side of the magazine you want up and the inside of the magazine down). then i tape it down and cut it out. then fold and glue.
