... am a graduated Graduate student. I earned an MA in History, focusing on Modern Europe, the representation of history in mass media, photography and public space, Memory Studies, Human Rights and expanding conceptualization of History to a global, transnational perspective.
... used to work the Long Island craft fair circuit with my BFF. Now, I craft to maintain my sanity.
... paint, draw, sew, knit, crochet, sculpt, collage and otherwise create cool stuff out of curb-side finds.
... throw nothing out. If I can't use it (unlikely), I will donate it or leave it at a local 'free spot' so another artist/student/teacher/crafter/awesome-person can put it to use.
... don't eat animals.
... prefer "thrifty" and "eco-conscious" to "garbage-picker" and "eccentric" to "weirdo".
... like to use (and misuse) ellipses.

I used to spend all my time doing schoolwork; I was a coping student crafting on rare occasions to maintain my sanity. Now I've got the time and a bunch of ideas but don't know where to start. Either way, I'm a Frustrated Crafter.
