You know, almost all educators actually have to have a job in the salon as well in order to work for a hair color company. It's their way of making sure their educators stay on top of the current trends and keep their skills sharp. However, if you still want to work for a company, contact them through their website... most companies have a "inquire about positions with us" section somewhere. Good luck!
