Hey Corrie! It's considered homeschooling by the state, but homeschooling is just doing school at home. We don't do that. We let our kids dictate what they want to do, and in the process they learn all they need to.

I think the modpodge would be a bad idea. I just have a feeling that the moisture would make all the colors run. You could try it on a piece of scrap fabric, if you were impatient or short of cash, to see if it would be ok before putting it on your shoe. But I'd want to use the spray stuff...
